Do I need uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage in NC?

Underinsured/Uninsured Motorist coverage is not required for motorcycle owners in NC. It is still a good idea to include this in your policy. This will prevent any hardships caused by motorists who cannot cover the extent of damage caused in an accident.
