Jason began his insurance career in 2005. He had been a client of the Conover agency since he was sixteen years old and always found the business intriguing. One day he was in the office and struck up a conversation with the agency owner, Smitty Bolick, who shared with him how fulfilling insurance can be as a career. Fast forward three months and Jason was working for the agency and then three years later he owned the agency. Jason enjoys providing clients with Peace of Mind by making sure the agency is providing the right policy, the right coverage, at the right price for every client.
